McDonough, GA, January 3, 2015: The Heritage Writers Group, now in its twelfth year, is pleased to announce that Sharon Davidson has been elected to serve a second term as President for 2015. Barbara Scott will serve as Secretary/Media Liaison. Eunice L. Sykes will represent the group with the Henry Arts Alliance. Don Sweetenham and PJ Renfroe will serve as Treasurer. The Heritage Writers Group, (acronym THWG) is a non –profit organization dedicated to “encouraging the art of writing through sharing knowledge, experience, and motivation”. THWG meets the 2nd and 4th Sunday each month at the McDonough Library from 2-4 p.m. Over the past eleven years, members have published 43 books covering several different genres, including one anthology and two magazines containing work by 17 authors. There are some restrictions on subject matter.
